What is included in my free estimate?

You will receive a written scope of your project, including what permits will be required, a basic timeline, and whatever open questions remain for you to decide on before we can begin.

How often should my systems be serviced?

Consider having your system serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts; May for cooling and September for heating.

How do I reduce my A/C cooling costs?

Schedule regular preventative maintenance before we hit those 100° days when a small problem can turn into a disaster. Let us check your temperature difference between rooms to find any air flow problems or air leaks. We also look at the electrical and mechanical systems to make sure you are ready for summer heat!

On your own -- change air filters every 4-6 weeks and keep the area around your outside unit clean and clear of any plants or debris so as not to obstruct air flow. If you notice that your system cools fine for a few hours and then seems to crater; let us check the evaporator coil for dirt and dust which can cause an air flow restriction to occur and freeze up the unit.
